CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and the availability of other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. By booking an appointment with Walker Riot Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time! ♡
